Treatments and therapies are available as either a walk-in service or can be booked in advance. Also taking referrals.
Effectiveness
Therapy will usually include an assessment of the problem with some hands-on treatment if required.
Discretion
Any treatment that is undertaken will be kept under the strictest confidence per the GPDR (2018) regulations.

Over 15 years of experience working in various settings, such as Elderly wards, Hospices, Rehabilitation centres, Daycare Facilities, Sports Clubs, and in a community setting, I have had several roles helping patients and clients return to their baseline level of fitness.
